Our lives can be defined by a lot of factors e.g friends, business, dreams & visions, including our personal habits. Developing good habits is a must if you want to be successful in every aspect of life including your business.
We all possess a handfull of poor habits, in most cases we may need an outer help to be able to identify and break free from these not-so-good habits.
Be Disciplined – Learn how to work hard and stick with something. Learn how to turn off or control your social media addictions. With such self discipline you will instantly be ahead of a majority of your generation.
Pick up an athletic hobby that you can be doing all the time, or let your professionalism lifestyle do horrible things to your posture.
Video Games are a time waste. If you can optimize your gaming time to <30 minutes then you’re ok. Otherwise, just get rid of them.
Learn Web Programming If You Can – It’s never a bad idea for anyone to learn a programming language, it is worth the time and investment.
Learn How To Address Strangers – I get amazed by some first-timer response I do get from people especially on phone. All our cliqs were once-upon-a-time strangers, mutual acceptance brought us together.
Start A little Part Time Venture so you can learn entrepreneurial principles. Start a window washing business, buy and sell stuffs on Craigslist, do anything serious. You might need them when you find yourself stucked in between jobs.
Take a course on Statistics and how they can be misused, specifically how faulty casual arguments are made. It will change the way you approach almost any discussion, quantitative or not.
Make a budget and be disciplined enough to stick up to it. Learn to live moderately now while you can, so you won’t be forced to adapt later on.
Create a private place where you can talk out loud to God every day. Even if you’re not religious or don’t believe there is a God. Talk out loud to the universe. Sort out your thoughts, verbalize them, and then write down what comes to mind. Something wiser than you is listening and responding, even if it’s just another side of you.
Learn a Foreign language only if you anticipate using it for communication. Sure, there are great side benefits in learning a foreign language, but you’ll forget it very soon.

Save up a few thousands and go somewhere crazy with a few friends. Live in a hostel for a few weeks. Get all the fun and excitement you can. It will change your life and you will think about it forever.
